How to Support a Small Clothing Brand Without Spending a Penny

Money is not always available, and that is fine. If you like a small brand and want to help, there are plenty of things you can do for free. They matter more than you might think.

1. Follow and engage

Follow the brand on social media. Like and comment on posts. The more engagement a post gets, the more people see it.

2. Share their posts

Share to your story or send a post to a friend. A recommendation from someone you know is worth more than any advert.

3. Save their posts

Saves tell the platform the content is useful. They help the post reach more people.

4. Tell a friend

Word of mouth is still the best marketing there is. If you love a piece, say so.

5. Leave a review

If you bought something before, a review helps new customers trust a small brand. Be honest and specific.

6. Tag them in photos

If you wear a piece, tag the brand. It shows real people in real life and brings new eyes.

7. Join the mailing list

It costs nothing, and it keeps you in the loop for new drops and events.

8. Come to events

Turn up. Say hello. Being there matters, and so does the conversation.

9. Give feedback

Tell the brand what you like and what you would change. Small brands listen closely.

10. Be patient and kind

Small brands are often one or two people. Be patient with replies and kind in comments.

Why this matters to us

We are a small brand, and a lot of our growth comes from people who share, save and talk about us. We never take it for granted.

When you can spend

If and when you buy, you are also helping fund More Action, because 10% of every profit goes to our social impact work. But supporting for free matters just as much.

Find us on Instagram and say hello.

MORE LUV.
