🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Jehucal. If you need to
return an item, the process is simple and clearly outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: 14 calendar days from delivery

Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached

Items returned outside these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Simply email us - info@moreamoure.com with your order number and request for a return or exchange.

💳 REFUNDS

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection to confirm the item meets our return conditions

  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, in line with Regulation 34 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 14
    working days from delivery of your return for processing. Refunds may
    take up to 10 working days to appear depending on your payment provider

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Sale or Discounted Items: Eligible for exchange or store credit only (clearly stated at checkout)

  • Hygiene Products: Socks and undergarments cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons

  • Bespoke or Custom Items: Final sale and non-returnable

⚠️ DAMAGED, WORN OR INVALID RETURNS

If an item is returned to us in a condition that violates our returns policy - including but not limited to:

  • Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Missing tags or original packaging

  • Evidence of use, odour, staining, or intentional damage

The return will be rejected.

In these cases:

  • No refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued

  • The item can be returned to the customer upon request

  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item back to them

We reserve the right to refuse future returns from customers who repeatedly return items in unacceptable condition.
